INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF CERTIFICATION CERTIFICATES AND MARK
1. Purpose: This instruction aims to ensure the proper use of certification certificates and marks, to prevent their misuse, and to reduce the risk of fraudulent use and confusion. It is the basis for ensuring the reputation of the certification body and the accuracy of the accreditation system.
2. General requirements: The certification mark shall be used only if the product, process or service in question is certified and the certification certificate is valid.
When using the mark, it shall be clearly indicated only for the certified product and the object to which it relates, without misleading consumers.
The mark shall be used in a design that complies with the standard in terms of size, color and position, is suitable for printed and electronic use, and is officially approved by the Certification Body.
The certification mark may be used on product labels, promotional materials, packaging, e-mails, and brochures, but only when it relates to the certified quality of the entire product.
In case of misuse, misleading, or inconsistent use of the certification mark, the certification body has the right to take disciplinary action, including withdrawal of the right to use the mark and cancellation of the certificate.
3. Scope: In order to express the legal status of the accredited conformity assessment body, the accreditation logo and identification mark shall be used by the accreditation body only within the scope of the accredited activities and during the validity period, and the “Procedure for the Use of the Accreditation Symbol, Identification Mark, Mark and Certificate” shall be followed.

The approved marks will be used in accordance with the CB-NEC-CP:01-02 Product Certification Scheme approved by Nomun EcoCert LLC.
4. Types of Certification Marks
1. State Scheme Marks: Organic Products, Fruits, Berries, and Vegetables Production CHAAC
2. Nomun EcoCert LLC Certification Marks will be issued within the scope of the Accreditation by type of certification. (Note: We are subject to the Law on Standardization, Technical Regulation, and Conformity Assessment Accreditation, Article 15.3, which states that "Conformity Assessment Bodies may be subject to accreditation."
